- suggest services to tailor to your pet's needs.
- get detailed information on caring for your pet.
- pick up a house key.
- complete a veterinarian release form.
- complete a service agreement form.

Payment Options
Urban Paws accept payments in cash, cheque, money order, bank deposits and credit card payment via paypal. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of services to be rendered. Balance due upon receiving invoice at the time of completion.
Cancellations
Cancellations made beyond 48 hrs will qualify for a full refund less a $10 administration fee plus credit card charges if applicable. Any cancellation less than 48hrs prior to commencing date of service will have the full deposits forfeited. |
